Enabling the Bitdefender NTSA Remote Support

To benefit from Bitdefender remote support services with your NTSA solution, you must activate this feature from the NTSA web interface.


For the NTSA remote support service to work, Bitdefender NTSA requires access to (port 443).

Activating the Remote Support service

  1. In the NTSA web interface, access Settings > Maintenance.
  2. Click the Enable remote support (by VPN) button.
    This option opens a tunnel allowing Bitdefender Support Netherlands to connect to your appliance from our support office.

  3. Click OK to confirm.
note Note:
You can shut down this tunnel whenever you want, but it will automatically be shut down 24 hours after triggering it.
